2.2L Stainless Steel Cat Water Fountain – Automatic Pet Water Dispenser with Faucet, Water Level Window & Ultra-Quiet Pump

We bought this as a secondary fountain for the upstairs bedroom so our cats wouldn't have to go all the way downstairs at night. It is a decent little fountain. The stainless steel is nice and hygienic, and it was very easy to set up. It operates quietly enough not to disturb our sleep. However, the water stream is very weak compared to our primary fountain downstairs, and the cats don't seem quite as interested in it. I am rating it three stars because it serves its purpose as a quiet backup, but it isn't their favorite source of water.

This is a very good, high-quality stainless steel fountain. It holds a ton of water, which is perfect for my two dogs. The filters do an excellent job of catching stray fur and dirt, keeping the basin very clean. I am giving it four stars because the water pressure from the pump is quite strong, which occasionally causes tiny splashes to land on the floor around the fountain. I had to put a small silicone mat underneath it to protect my hardwood floors. Despite the minor splashing, the quality of the fountain itself is excellent and very reliable.

I purchased this fountain based on the high reviews, and while it is okay, I feel it is slightly overpriced for what it is. The stainless steel is thin, although it still beats plastic any day. The motor is quiet initially, but I notice a slight hum developing after a few weeks of continuous use. It does the job of providing moving water for my cat, but I expected a slightly heavier, more premium feel for the cost. I am giving it three stars because it functions adequately and is easy to clean, but it did not exceed my expectations.

This stainless steel fountain is a huge step up from our old plastic model. It feels very durable and looks great sitting in the hallway. The continuous filtration ensures the water never gets that cloudy, stagnant look. My dog loves it. The only reason I am holding back a five-star rating is that the blue LED light inside the tank is permanently on. I wish there was a switch to turn the light off at night because it is quite bright in a dark room. Other than that minor design choice, the fountain performs incredibly well and keeps my dog hydrated.

I have gone through at least four different pet water fountains over the past five years, and this one is undoubtedly the best of them all. The 304 stainless steel construction makes it incredibly easy to keep sterile and clean. The pump is the quietest I have ever encountered; I literally cannot hear it running even when I am standing right next to it. The filters last a reasonable amount of time and are easy to swap out. My dog and cat both use it happily without any issues. It is absolutely worth the money and I highly recommend it.
